Sitting Bull Ta-Tanka I-Yotank was born in 1831 and died on the 15th of
December, 1890. Sitting Bull was born in South Dakota in The United States of
America.
Chief Sitting Bull was a Native American Indian, who belonged
to the Hunkpapa Lakota Sioux tribe. He is well known throughout American and Native
American history for his role in the major victory at the Battle of the Little
Bighorn.
